I am aware the Black History Month is over but I started a week late so I'll wrap it up on this word of the week. I'm choosing Malcolm X, as last week, February 21, was the anniversary of his assasination.efficacious - capable of having the desired result or effect; effective as a means, measure, remedy, etc
Malcolm X was efficacious for the civil rights movement. His ability to draw large crowds for his speeches, all over the country, was instrumental to the advocacy of African American rights.
